What if I have a question about an item? How do I find product information?

All the information we have regarding our products is made available to you at our website, via our associates, or via our printed catalog. Of course there will be times when you still need additional information. Try visiting the web site of the manufacturer (or retailers who carry this merchandise) to see if more extensive information might be available.

What about the quality of your merchandise?

Our product is very high quality. We offer only quality products from name brand manufacturers.

How do I pay for an item I have purchased from Mylox?

If purchasing from our online Store Front, you will be given the option to pay using MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express. If buying via one of our sales associates, you have many options. Please click Here for additional information.

How long do I have to pay for an item?

All items not paid for via credit card will ship subject to your terms. You must pay within your terms or there will be significant late charges as a result. Please click Here for additional information.

What credit cards does Mylox accept?

Mylox accepts United States bank issued Visa and MasterCard credit cards only.

Can I get a printed receipt for my credit card payment?

Yes. After the completion of our convenient checkout process, you can print the order confirmation screen that will contain all pertinent credit card charge information. Mylox also sends this same information to you automatically, via Email.

What if I don't agree with the billing charges?

Our checkout system has been thoroughly tested to charge the exact amount stated during the checkout process. If you believe we have charged you the wrong amount, please double-check your receipt and our order confirmation data. If you still feel that a mistake has been made, please contact our customer care department.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card is charged immediately upon completion of the checkout process. Sophisticated systems are set up to immediately send your order to our shipping department for prompt delivery of your merchandise.

What do you consider my billing address?

Your billing address is the same address information on file with your credit card company. When entering this information during the checkout process it is important that you enter this information exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If the information is not accurate, your card may be declined.

What if my credit card is declined?

If there is a problem processing your card for any reason you will be notified immediately during the checkout process. Depending on the nature of the problem you may be prompted to try a different card or try again later.

I purchased a few items from you during the same timeframe. Can you ship them together?

Sorry, but at this time we are unable to accommodate this request. We have multiple processing facilities and items may be shipped from different locations. Unfortunately, this means that we must ship items individually.

How do you calculate shipping costs?

We use a fixed shipping cost based upon the weight of the item. This cost is clearly online during the check out process.

Do you charge sales tax?

By law we are required to collect sales tax for all items shipped to addresses in Texas.

How long will it take for my item to reach me? (How long is order processing and delivery?)

We ship your purchase before the end of the next business day after you have checked-out. Standard shipping is ground delivery, which typically takes between 3 to 5 days to arrive. We send an e-mail with the tracking number so you can check the progress of your delivery at the carrier's web site.

How do I track my shipment?

Once we ship your order you receive an e-mail confirmation of your shipment. This includes a tracking number and a link to our carrier's web site where you can track the progress of your shipment. Please note, we assign tracking numbers before our carrier actually picks up your shipment; tracking links may take up to 24 hours to be activated within the carrier's system.

What do I do if my shipment never arrived?

Please allow up to 10 business days for your item to be delivered. If it still has not arrived, please use the link to the carrier's web site provided in the "shipment confirmation e-mail" we sent to you to investigate — or contact our customer care department for further assistance.

I received my product damaged. What do I do?

We professionally package our products to ensure that they reach you in the best condition. If your product is damaged, please save all packaging and Click Here for specific instructions on returning products.

Can I have an item delivered to a P.O. Box?

Sorry, but we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

I live outside of the U.S. What about international shipping?

Yes, we are able to ship to addresses outside the United States. Parties buying in bulk quantity may make special arrangements for international shipping, we will make any reasonable effort to assist in the arrangements. Please contact our sales department for further information. You can not however pay by credit card. All international shipments must be paid for in advance.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses? Can I ship to American military personnel

Can I have a package delivered without a signature requirement?

Yes, we understand you're a busy person. You may have a package delivered without a signature requirement. However, some carriers will not leave packages at certain addresses due to their own security and delivery guidelines. In these cases, the driver will leave a "call tag" with a number you can call to reschedule delivery. We recommend shipping to a location where someone can accept and sign for your package.

How do I ship items to a different address?

It's easy! During our checkout process, specify where you want your purchase shipped. It can be different from your credit card billing address. You may specify any ship-to street address within these 50 United States.

What are your shipping options?

We offer via our web site is standard Air / ground delivery (1 to 5 days normally). Parties buying in bulk quantity may make special arrangements for shipping, we will make any reasonable effort to assist in the arrangements. Please contact our sales department for further information. When buying via our sales associates, we offer expanded shipping options.
